Cellar

Between the square and the gardens, under the portico, lies the entrance to the historic cellar. It is here, where the temperature is constant year-round, that Tenuta Pescarina wines age and refine in oak barrels and are preserved in bottles.
Alongside the historic cellar, there is a modern cellar equipped with highly technological machinery where the first phases of winemaking take place: destemming, pressing, and fermentation.
Upon reservation, guests can taste our wines in the historic cellar, guided and served by the sommelier.
The wine tastings are accompanied by tasty dishes prepared by the chef, always respecting seasonality. The bruschetta drenched in extra virgin olive oil, another prominent product of the company, is a must-try.
